Music, dance and yoga have always played a big part in my life. It was only natural for me to combine the three after taking classes with Seed and Song and Groovaroo.
I can't wait to groove and move with you and your little loves.

About Us
My mission is to build parent-baby yoga/dance community where parents can move with their baby/toddlers through fun yoga poses and babywearing soul line dances.
We love open air. Classes will be held at parks in the New Year.
